Frequently asked questions
Can I rent a van in Bali without a driver?
Not with us. All of our vehicles come with a driver. Bali’s tourist routes involve narrow village lanes, unmarked turns, and traffic conditions that are genuinely difficult for visitors, and having a local driver removes that problem entirely.
How many people fit in one van?
Up to 14 passengers in the Commuter and Premio, 11 in the Premio Executive, and 8 in the Luxury. If your group is at full capacity with large suitcases, we usually suggest the Executive or a second vehicle so luggage does not end up in the aisle.
Does the driver speak English?
Our drivers handle everyday travel English comfortably — directions, timings, recommendations, and logistics. For detailed cultural commentary at temples and sites, we can arrange a licensed tour guide alongside the vehicle. Just ask when you request a quote.
How long is a rental day?
A rental day is 12 hours of use, usually 8am to 8pm, counted from your pickup point. Longer days and 24-hour bookings are available. Extra hours are charged at a per-hour rate we tell you upfront.
Can we change the itinerary during the day?
Yes, within reason. Groups often decide to stay longer somewhere or skip a stop, and that is fine — just talk to your driver. If the change pushes you past your booked hours, overtime applies at the rate quoted in advance.
How do we pay?
A deposit confirms the booking, with the balance settled at the end. We issue official receipts and invoices for company or school reimbursement.
